What materials are used in your products?
All DuBeau frames and lenses are made from high-grade polycarbonate — offering exceptional durability, impact resistance, and a lightweight feel. Each pair is designed for both comfort and longevity without sacrificing luxury appeal.
How does the configuration process work?
Inside our DuBeau Bespoke Studio (DBS), you’ll have the option to customize your eyewear from the ground up. Choose your model, frame color, and lens tint. Once confirmed, your configuration is submitted for production, with status updates accessible through your digital collection profile.
How long does it take to complete and ship my order?
From the moment your order is placed, production typically takes 10 business days to complete. Shipping times vary by region, but most orders are delivered within 5–10 days after fulfillment.
Will I be notified when my product ships?
Yes. Once your product is completed and packaged, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You’ll also be able to monitor production status from your online DuBeau account.
What is your refund policy?
We offer free returns and full refunds if the product arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund.
If an order is canceled before production has begun, a full refund will be granted. If the product is already in production, it will be completed and sold as a Vault Edition piece.
What does the warranty cover?
Optional extended warranties (1 to 5 years) cover all manufacturer defects, accidental damage, and material failures. If something breaks within your coverage window, we’ll repair or replace it — no questions asked.
Can I order extra earpieces, lenses, or emblems?
Yes. During checkout or anytime afterward, you can order spare parts through your DuBeau digital collection. These parts come with a toolkit and simple instructions for easy replacement.
What is the DuBeau Digital Collection?
Your DuBeau profile includes a Digital Collection — a personal dashboard displaying every pair you’ve ever ordered. From here, you can view product specs, purchase spare parts, register for Vault status, and receive exclusive offers if your collection grows.
